Privacy Policy

Rethink Parent Coaching and Behavioural Services (“we”, “us”) operates this website. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect as little as possible and to be transparent about it.

Information we collect

• Analytics & session activity (only with your consent). If you click “Accept” on our cookie notice, we use PostHog to understand how visitors navigate the site — pages viewed, clicks, and session recordings of on-page activity. This helps us improve the site. Text you type into fields is masked and not captured. If you decline, none of this runs.
• Email you send us. If you contact us via our email link, we receive whatever you choose to share in that message.
• Booking a call. Our “Book a call” buttons open Google Calendar’s appointment booking page. When you book, the name, email address and any notes you enter are collected by Google and shared with us so we can confirm and hold the appointment. Google handles that information under its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy).
• Basic technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider (Vercel) receives standard request information — such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested — to deliver the site and keep it secure. This is not used to identify you, and it is kept only briefly. Our fonts and images are served from our own site, so loading a page does not contact Google.

Cookies & your choices

When you first visit, we ask whether to enable analytics cookies. We do not set analytics cookies or record sessions until you click “Accept.” You can decline at any time, and we honour your browser’s “Do Not Track” setting. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

How we use information

We use analytics solely to understand and improve the visitor experience. We do not sell your personal information. Analytics data is processed by PostHog on our behalf.

Where your information is stored. Our service providers (PostHog for analytics, Vercel for hosting, and Google for booking and email) store data in the United States. When information is stored outside Canada it may be accessible to authorities in that country under its laws. We only use providers who commit to protecting personal information.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under Canada’s PIPEDA and, for EU/UK visitors, the GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to withdraw consent. To make a request, email us at the address below.
