Who we are
Rethink was founded on the belief that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to parenting. Sometimes the most powerful change begins when we rethink how we approach everyday challenges. Our goal is to help families gain the confidence to move forward together.
Meet the team behind Rethink.
Stephanie is a Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) and Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) with over 12 years of experience supporting individuals with behavioural and learning needs in clinic, school, home, and community settings. She takes a warm, collaborative approach, working closely with caregivers to understand behaviour, set meaningful goals, and develop practical strategies that fit family life.
In addition to her clinical work, Stephanie teaches part-time at George Brown College, where she helps train future practitioners in the field.
When she's not working, Stephanie enjoys travelling, baking sourdough, and spending time with friends, family, and her dog, Stella.
At the heart of Jaime's work is a belief that parents play a central role in helping children learn, grow, and thrive. For more than 12 years, she has partnered with children and families across clinical and community settings, helping caregivers build confidence and create meaningful, lasting change.
As a Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA), Jaime combines professional expertise with a personal understanding of parenting. She has also led large multidisciplinary therapy teams across multiple clinics, mentoring clinicians and helping ensure families receive thoughtful, high-quality care. Throughout her career, Jaime has been a strong advocate for parent coaching, believing that lasting progress happens when parents are active partners in the process and skills are meaningfully integrated into everyday life.
Outside of work, Jaime’s time is spent with her children, husband, and dog, Billie. She very much enjoys live music, travelling, and time spent with friends.
For over a decade, Romy has worked with children, teens, and families to build meaningful skills, navigate challenges, and create positive changes in the areas that matter most to them.
As a Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) and Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA), her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practice. Romy is particularly passionate about emotional well-being and supporting the mental health of both children and caregivers. As a parent herself, she understands the realities of family life and values providing practical, personalized strategies that fit each family's unique strengths, values, and goals.
Outside of work, you can find Romy spending time with her family and friends (usually around good food!) and enjoying the outdoors with her rescue dog, Bodie.
